        "text": "I went into Schmidt's for hearing screening. It was determined that I could benefit from hearing aids. Initially, the rep gave me a very high price on the hearing aids and I was unable to afford them. Pam hold me back a few days later to tell me that my insurance coverage was excellent and I managed to get the same hearing aids for almost $4,000 less. Their customer service is excellent and I would recommend them to anybody.",

        "text": "My wife and I went in for the first time ever. I needed a couple things for my hearing aids. The receptionist greeted us with a BIG smile and a joyful greeting! So nice! She cleaned my aids with a teeny weeny vacuum. She supplied me with  Desiccant capsules along with the wax cleaners. Very accommodating for sure!! Thanks so much!!",
