Nationally Board-Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist
Pamela Highlands is a Nationally Board-Certified Hearing Aid Specialist. She was born with a hearing loss and has been wearing hearing aids herself since 1989. When she joined this profession in 2014, she knew she could provide a fresh perspective for people who were reluctant to get help for their hearing.
Born in Boston, Massachusetts, Pamela graduated from Bridgewater State College. She relocated to the Treasure Coast with her family in 2004. Currently residing in Hutchinson Island, she loves watching all Boston sports teams in her off time, especially the Boston Bruins. She also loves spending time with her son Casey and exploring all the beautiful Florida beaches.
Pamela is very excited about her position at Schmidts. She is thrilled that her career actually helps people communicate with those they love. Her focus is to use technical expertise, compassion and problem solving to help each and every patient hear the world around them with the best solutions in the industry.
Maureen Kiffer
Patient Services Coordinator
Maureen started her career with Penta Hearing Care in June 2019 in Wayne, New Jersey. Her & her husband, Gary re-located to Port Saint Lucie, Florida and were lucky enough to transfer within the Audibel network to Schmidt’s Hearing Center.
She is mom to two grown daughters & “Nanny” to 4 little granddaughters.
